PRODUCT RANGE

1. FIBRO DOOR - GOLD SERIES : PLAIN
FRP DOOR of 30/35mm thick in wood grain texture. FRP thickness is 1.5 to 2.00mm with extra reinforcement on sides & edges. The core of shutter is filled with polyurethane foam fitted with wooden border embedded for fixing hinges & fixtures. Doors have recess on side edge for attaching hinges. The shutter is totally waterproof, resistant to mild acids, alkalis.

2. FIBRO DOOR –GOLD SERIES : PRIME FINISH
FRP DOOR of 30/35mm thickness made in wood grain texture & veneer look. FRP sheet thickness is 1.5 to 2 mm with extra reinforcement on sides & Edges. The core of the shutter is filled withpolyurethane foam having wooden border on the edges for fixing hinges, fixtures etc. Both sides of shutter is finished in clear resin with embedded printed tissue in veneer design & wood grain texture. Shutter has recess for hinges. The shutter is totally waterproof, resistant to mild acids;alkalis and veneer finish as per choice.

3. FRP DOOR FRAME
FRP Door Frame chamfered sections of sizes 125mm x 65mm with 35mm x 12mm rebate and 100mm x 50mm with 30mm x 12mm rebate. FRP thickness along profile is 1.5 to 2.00mm with double coat of gel with pigment. Back side of rebate to be filled with wooden strips to take up hinges and 3 bolts to be provided for mounting hold fast with nuts. Core material of frame shall be minimum of 35kg/m3 density rigid polyurethane foam. Frame shall be supplied in there piece assembled condition, ready to fit. Back side of frame to be covered with rough FRP sheet.

4. FIBRO DOOR – DESIGNER SAFETY DOOR
FRP DOOR of 35mm thickness made in wood grain texture & veneer look. FRP sheet thickness is 1.5 to 2 mm with extra reinforcement on sides & Edges Decorative Molded Panel Door made of solid core high density imported Fiber Board Panel, phenol bonded preservative treated, seasoned timber and prime finished. Optional grill can be attached.

5. FIBRO DOOR – CLASSIC SERIES
FRP DOOR of 35mm thickness made in plain finish on back side and decorative design on the front side. FRP sheet thickness is 1.5 to 2 mm with extra reinforcement on sides & Edges. The core of the shutter is filled with solid wooden core. Outer surface is painted in polyurethane paint. Door has recess for hinges. The Door is totally waterproof, resistant to mild acids; alkalis and hiving high impact strength.
