Installation Procedure
In order to make installation properly, we indicate the relative instruction as follows:
Transportation:
Load Capacity and Anti-Impact Capacity are different concepts. Though the load capacity of FRP manhole cover is better than cast iron ones, it doesn't mean that their resistance ability to impact is better. During transportation, cast, throw and other sudden violence should be avoided.
Size Selection:
It is very important to choose the right sizes of manhole cover and rain-grating, the clear opening of frame should not be smaller than that of well casing, otherwise, the frame will be loosen because of the load surface hanging over.

Remedial measure:
If the clear opening of frame is smaller than that of well casing, we must begin to bind below 300mm of the well casing and in the same time use concrete (type: C20 or above) (picture 3). Only in this way, the Frame load surface won't be hanging over, while it is totally useless to fill cement or lime slurry.
The well casing should be solid; otherwise, it may be possible make the total well casing downward plunging or it will not combine well with the road surface. The frame also should be solid. The base and around of the fame should be poured with C20 concrete, and the width of concrete in all direction shouldn't be less than 200mm, the width of the base of frame shouldn't be less than 150mm. (Picture 5)
The procedure for paving road surface:
First pouring with C20 concrete, then fix the frame, pave pitch. The frame is easily to be destroyed if the manhole cover and frame are simply fixed

- Well casing's inner hole shouldn't be less than the clear openness of the frame.
- Concrete requirements
- The bottom of the frame should have 10-20 mm concrete slurry to support and to fix
- The frame should be wrapped with concrete with width of 300mm, height of 200mm
- The frame can reveal 200mm for pouring pitch materials.
- Pitch materials.
The frame should be upward (picture6), if downward (picture7), the manhole Cover's load ability would turn to be very much low, it would be easily to be destroyed.
